The Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to 130 calls for service in the last 24 hours. 2 people were arrested.
Motor Vehicle Collision – CK17005756
Yesterday evening at 8:30 pm emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Base Line and Kent Bridge Rd involving an automobile and a motor cycle. The motor cycle driver and passenger were air lifted to the London Health Science Centre for further medical assistance where they were later determined to be in stable condition.

Youth Arrested on Outstanding Warrant – CK17005740
On the 18th of February, 2017 a female and male youth reported to police a weapon related incident. Police were unable to locate the accused and a warrant was sought for his arrest.
On the evening of February 18th, 2017 the male youth turned himself in at the Chatham-Kent Police Service, where he was arrested and released with a future court date.
Theft of Surveillance Camera – CK17005685
On February 18th at approximately 2:30 am an unknown male and unknown female suspect attended a business on Park Ave. East in Chatham. The suspects removed a surveillance camera from the business, causing hundreds of dollars of damage.

Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE)
Last night officers conducted a number of RIDE programs on roadways throughout the Municipality. 8 roadside tests were conducted and 4 people were issued 3 day license suspensions.
