Man Arrested for Impaired Driving CK23000321
At 9:18 p.m., police responded to Bear Line Road in Dover Township for a vehicle in the ditch.
Police arrived and, through investigation, believed the driver to be operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters for breath tests.
Joseph Lyons, 34 years of Windsor, has been charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit. He was released with conditions pending a future court date of January 30, 2023.
Woman Arrested for Drug Possession CK23000336
At 11:13 p.m., police responded to Edwy Street in Wallaceburg for suspicious activity.
Police located the woman in Glen Mickle Park, intoxicated. She was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. Upon search, incident to arrest, the woman was found possessing a suspected controlled substance.
The 40-year-old Wallaceburg woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released with a future court date of January 19, 2023.
Man arrested for Bail Violations CK23000345.
At 12:35 a.m., police responded to a family dispute on Wallace Street in Wallaceburg. The man was intoxicated and aggressive with other family members
Police arrived and located the man. The man was bound by two release orders not to attend the address and was arrested.
The 30-year-old Chatham-Kent man was charged with failing to comply with a release order. He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
