Woman Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property CK23001445
At 1:15 p.m., police located the woman on King Street East in Chatham. The woman was wanted for possession of the stolen property under $5000.
The 26-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and released with a future court date.
Man Arrested for Failing to Attend Court CK23001467
At 1:16 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Holden Street in Dresden.
Through investigation, police learned the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in November 2022.
The 41-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and released with a future court date of February 6, 2023.
Man Arrested for Impaired Driving CK23001470
At 3:58 p.m., police responded to a traffic complaint on Middle Line in Tilbury.
Officers located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. The driver tried to evade police by reversing the vehicle through a stop sign, fleeing on foot, and hiding in a shed. Officers followed and apprehended the man.
Randall Hachey, 49 years of Tilbury, has been charged with having a blood alcohol level exceeding the legal limit, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from police, break and enter and resisting arrest. He was released with conditions and a future court date of February 6, 2023.
Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK23001479
At 5:03 p.m., the woman was located on Grand Avenue West in Chatham.
Police learned the woman was wanted on an outstanding warrant held by Windsor Police Service.
The 26-year-old Paris, Ontario, woman was arrested and turned over to Windsor Police Service.
Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK23001541
At 11:43 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Wellington Street in Wallaceburg.
Police learned the woman was wanted on an outstanding warrant held by the Ontario Provincial Police Service.
The 28-year-old Tilbury woman was arrested and turned over to the Ontario Provincial Police.
