Break and Enter in Chatham RM23000071
Sometime since September, unknown suspect(s) entered a storage unit on Richmond Street in Chatham. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole several thousand dollars worth of items. Police are still working with the owners to determine what exact property was stolen from the storage unit.

Traffic Stop leads to Arrest CK23001013
Yesterday afternoon, an officer on general patrol observed a motor vehicle speeding on Kent Bridge Road.
A traffic stop was initiated and through investigation, police learned the driver of the motor vehicle had an outstanding warrant for flight from peace officer and dangerous operation. The 41-year-old Newbury man was arrested for the warrant and transported to the Chatham Police Station where he was held pending a bail hearing.
Suspicious Person Complaint leads to Charges CK23001075
Last night, police responded to the report of a suspicious person and located the man on St. Patrick Street in Chatham. Through investigation, police learned that the man had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was bound by a curfew condition.
The 37-year-old Chatham man was arrested for the outstanding warrant and charged with two counts of breach of probation. He was arrested and later released with a future court date.
