Man Arrested for Bail Violations CK22057793
On December 4, 2022, the man was arrested and released with conditions including not communicating with a woman.
On December 12, 2022, at 6:14 a.m., the man called the woman, violating his release conditions.
The 26-year-old Blenheim man was located, arrested, and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. He was released with a future court date of January 9, 2023.
Man Arrested for Drug Offences CK22057801
At 8:21 a.m., police responded to King Street West for suspicious activity.
Police arrived and found two men on the property. Through investigation, police learned one man was wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court. The man was arrested and
searched, incident to arrest. The man was found possessing suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
The 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man was charged with two counts of possessing a controlled substance. He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Intoxicated in a Public Place CK22057828
At 12:40 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Centre Street in Chatham.
Upon arrival, police located a man yelling and being aggressive. The man was intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
The 74-year-old Raleigh Township man was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was held until he was sober.
Man Arrested for Breach of a Probation Order CK22057895/CK22057901
At 9:23 p.m., police responded to Thomas Avenue in Wallaceburg for a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, police found the man inside a woman’s residence. Police learned the man was bound by a probation order not to communicate with the woman and not to attend any place she is known to live, work or be. The man was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The 29-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order and two counts of breaching a probation order. He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
