Police are Looking for the Public’s Assistance CK22051858
On November 3, 2022, at 6:52 p.m., police were dispatched to a robbery at Harvey’s Variety, located at 42 Harvey Street in Chatham.
Through investigation, police learned that the man entered the store and showed a weapon. After being confronted by the store owner, the man fled on foot westbound on Harvey Street and turned Southbound on Raleigh Street in Chatham.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’6” tall, wearing a black jacket with a fur-trimmed hood, a black toque, a dark facemask, black skinny jeans and black high-top shoes with white laces.
The store owner was not physically injured during this incident.
