Can a cabin cruiser boat be semi-permanently anchored out in a body of water and use a small vessel to access it for a living space?

Thank you for the inquiry. To answer your question: yes to both parts. The only issue of concern that comes into play is the black water tank, which has to be pumped out legally and not into the lake.
