I’d like to know why vehicles can be left on the side of the road for weeks at a time without moving and no ticket is issued.

The Municipality By-Law Section 210.01.10 limits the parking of vehicles on a roadway for no longer than 6 consecutive hours (8:00am-6:00pm) Monday to Friday.
In order for enforcement to take place regarding any types of parking issues please phone the non-emergency police number at 519-352-1234 and follow the prompts.
