Baseball has always been such a huge part of my life. I’ve been fortunate enough to have played baseball since I was a youngster and continue to play each summer as part of an adult men’s league here in Chatham.
I’ve always enjoyed being a part of team sports developing life long friendships and the comradery that comes with sharing a few laughs with others after a game.
Coaching and being a board member are ways in which I give back to our community and grow the sport of baseball. I truly believe that kids who become involved in team sports learn so many powerful life lessons, whether it’s communicating with peers or dealing with a tough loss, just as you would a great victory.
My wife Jen and our three boys all enjoy the game and can’t wait until the baseball season is upon us once again.
