on December 15, 2022, police began an investigation into the man for breaching the conditions of a release order by communicating with and being at a woman’s home.
At 9:27 a.m., the man was located on Grand Avenue West in Chatham and arrested.
The 40-year-old Kitchener man was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
Woman Arrested for Failing to Attend Court CK22058859
At 11:35 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
Police learned the woman was wanted on a warrant for failing to attend court.
The 28-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and transported to police headquarters. She was held pending a bail hearing.
Man Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property CK22058861
At 11:37 a.m., police responded to Wallace Street in Wallaceburg for a disturbance.
Upon arrival, police located the man and learned he was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The man was wanted for an October 14, 2022, incident.
The 30-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with possessing stolen property. He was arrested and released with a future court date.

At 12:47 p.m., the man attended Chatham-Kent Police headquarters and turned himself into the police.
The man was wanted on several warrants related to bail violations and a fire that occurred on Creed Road on November 30, 2022.
The 31-year-old Chatham man was charged with arson, uttering threats, and failing to comply with a release order. He was held pending a bail hearing.
